In Practice
Peace shows earth above and heaven below, a meeting that lets their energies mingle and all things flourish. It is the hexagram of harmony, connection, and the season when everything works. Communication flows, effort succeeds, and the small and great support each other. But its warning is folded into its blessing: no level path lasts forever. Peace carries within it the seed of its own ending, and the wise person enjoys the good time while quietly preparing for what follows.
In love
A genuinely good period — harmony, mutual care, ease. Enjoy it and invest in it, but do not take it for granted. The relationships that last are the ones tended in the good times, not only repaired in the bad.
In career
The favorable season: projects succeed, doors open, and people cooperate. Push forward while the wind is with you, but build reserves and fix small problems now, while you can afford to. Decline begins in the unnoticed cracks of a good time.
In money
Finances are flowing, and it is tempting to expand freely. Do so, but keep a cushion and avoid the complacency that prosperity breeds. The best time to prepare for a downturn is when things are going well.
Guidance
Move with the favorable current while it lasts, and use the ease to strengthen what will need to endure later. Enjoy the harmony, but do not mistake it for permanence.
Watch out
Prosperity breeds complacency, and complacency is where decline begins. Hold the good times lightly, and keep tending the ground beneath them.
